We're looking for an experienced Solutions Architect / Engineering Lead to help shape the next phase of growth for a fast-moving technology business. This is a technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing architecture, and enabling engineering teams to deliver at scale. You won't be hands-on coding every day, but you'll bring a strong engineering background and a passion for building high-performing teams and robust cloud platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing technical leadership across front-end, back-end and platform teams
- Managing and mentoring engineering leaders and senior engineers
- Collaborating closely with product and delivery teams on solution design, estimates and technical direction
- Owning architectural decisions and ensuring scalable, resilient systems
- Working with customers and partners to understand technical requirements and integration needs
- Helping evolve engineering practices as the business moves into its next stage of growth
- Supporting a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
