A locally founded tech for good company is looking for a new Product Manager to join their growing team to help on their mission to simplify the complex and to deliver solutions that matter. You will join this innovative Product team and help shape the future of their platform. You will take ownership of driving product strategy and delivering impactful solutions that create measurable value for both customers and the company. This hands-on leadership role will see you balance high-level strategic thinking with end-to-end execution across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers, you will ensure the products will exceed expectations, continuously iterating to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Co-creating the product vision/roadmap
- Defining the product vision ensuring it aligns with business goals and prioritises the roadmap to drive long-term success
- Identifying market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development
- Be accountable for the delivery of valuable working product and software
- Deliver new iterations of existing products using agile methodologies
- Acquiring and managing knowledge so that we can learn and improve our solutions
- Lead the development of innovative solutions, monitor features, performance, and process
- Understand and manage risk: business, social, technical, and cost/schedule risk
- Establishing ways of working with the team, including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Contributing to visualising, measuring, and tracking the flow of work within the team, optimising for value delivered
- Manage the product backlog, balancing scope, budget and time to prioritise objectives and map out dependencies
- Understanding the market, including the competitor landscape
What You Will Need To Have:
- 5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of bringing valuable products to market
- Have both a technical skillset matched with a commercial awareness
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
- A customer-obsessed mindset, using data and experimentation to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Ideally have exposure to AI/ML opportunities
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with Engineering, Commercial and other teams to deliver business outcomes
- Be able to understand systems and integrations
