My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Supervisor / Coordinator to their management team. The Health and Safety Coordinator/Supervisor will form an integral part of the Management Team, working across all aspects of the business with the aim of delivering first class Health, Safety and Environment Leadership across the Company.
Your responsibilities as the company Health and Safety Supervisor / Coordinator will include:
- Reviewing, developing, implementing and monitoring all management systems relating to Health and Safety.
- Ensuring that staff, visitors and contractors are sufficiently trained to comply with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Periodically helping to review, monitor and evaluate existing processes while keeping abreast of new and upcoming legislation.
- Supporting and advising all departments on required training, delivering specific training as required by the business to ensure compliance with Company Environmental, Health and Safety systems and procedures.
This is an office-based role at our client's head office in Petersfield, generally 5 days a week. As part of the role, you will be required to go on site visits to ensure that all correct Health and Safety processes and procedures are being followed.
