An excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Project Manager, looking to play a key role in the successful delivery of exciting projects while developing their career within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of small to medium-sized business change projects from initiation through to completion.
- Support the Change Manager in delivering larger strategic transformation programmes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Produce weekly project status reports.
- Update project dashboards.
- Track budgets where required.
- Track improvement requests.
- Prioritise activities with stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery progress.
- Ensure changes are documented.
- Measure benefits realised.
- Produce clear project documentation including business cases, status reports, RAID logs and implementation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance and project management standards.
Person
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience coordinating projects or delivering business initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
