Adept Resourcing are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our clients busy Used Parts Department. Reporting to the Used Parts Manager, this is a varied role combining admin, marketing, and yard-based tasks - perfect for someone looking to grow their skills and eventually step into a more product- or sales-focused role. You'll be joining a supportive team where full training is provided and your development is genuinely encouraged.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer enquiries in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Organising logistics and processing card payments
  • Carrying out all administration related to used parts sales (invoicing, dispatch notes, etc.)
  • Updating parts and machines on our website
  • Assisting with basic marketing activities, including social media updates

Over time, our client will support you to develop skills in:

  • Selling used parts and supporting product enquiries
  • Identifying and locating parts in yard-based stock areas
  • Managing the full scope of the Used Parts Department independently
