We are seeking a Management Accounts professional for a 6 month temporary role, with the strong possibility of a permanent position. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, and supporting month-end accounting processes.
Key Duties
- Take ownership of month end close activities and maintain up to date financial records
- Produce management information and internal financial reports
- Liaise with external accountants to support statutory and year-end reporting
- Review data, investigate inconsistencies, and implement corrections where required
- Use Sage 50 for day to day accounting and Excel for reporting and reconciliations
About You
- AAT Level 3 qualified or qualified through relevant experience
- Strong background in management accounting and month-end processes
- Comfortable working with Sage 50 and Excel
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to business needs
- Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset
Contract Details
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- Flexible working pattern (spread across the week or condensed into fewer days)
- Fully office based role in Rotherham
