We are delighted to be supporting an established law firm in their search for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to handle a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded matters. The firm offers a friendly, supportive environment with a genuine commitment to work-life balance and professional development.
Necessary experience:
- Conveyancing: Minimum 3 years (required)
Essential Skills:
- Experienced in managing both Freehold and Leasehold transactions
- Proven Fee Earner with a consistent record of billing performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client care
- In-depth understanding of current AML regulations and compliance
- Strong leadership qualities, with excellent attention to detail
