Role: Heat Treatment Operative
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £13-£14 per hour
Shifts: Days (6am-2pm) & Afters (2pm-10pm) – flexibility required, occasional nights possible

Responsibilities
- Program and operate furnaces
- Prepare and weigh materials
- Set and monitor temperatures
- Load/unload using FLT and overhead cranes
- Identify materials pre- and post-heat treatment
- Operate charging machines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a heavy engineering environment
- FLT licence and crane experience essential (refreshers can be arranged)
- Flexibility to work across nearby sites and occasional night shifts
