Health & Safety Administrator Doncaster | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid working | £27k – £30k | Includes travel on site (full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required) Are you an experienced administrator ready to take the next step in your career? We\’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing housing development company for a Health & Safety Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting the Health & Safety function. What you\’ll be doing: Supporting the Health & Safety team with document control and record keeping. Issuing policy updates, procedural changes and health & safety alerts across the business. Coordinating and managing the Health & Safety training schedule, including bookings and tracking. Maintaining the company\’s Health & Safety management portal and providing support to site teams. Liaising with providers to resolve system queries and support usage. Collating evidence for safety accreditation renewals. Updating the insurance claims register and carrying out ad hoc admin duties. About you: Essential skills: A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong IT skills, with confidence in using Microsoft Office and other systems. A proactive, motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative. Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail. The ability to work confidently under pressure, manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively. A flexible approach, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Desirable skills: Knowledge of and familiar with Health and Safety management systems (Work Wallet etc).
