Shift Pattern: Two-shift rotation (moving to 3-shift in the near future).

Days: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Nights: 4:00pm - 6:00am

Salary: £19.50 per hour + shift allowance (approx. £47,000 pa)

The role is part of an ongoing expansion project within the firm due to an increase in workload. The company has recently acquired several long-running contracts with a 5-year projected length.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role

  • Electrical fault finding, maintenance, and repair on heavy engineering / industrial equipment
  • Planned and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Working closely with mechanical engineers and production teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essential
  • 17th and/or 16th Edition - advantageous
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills in an industrial environment
  • Experience within heavy engineering, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings
  • Comfortable working a rotating days and nights shift pattern
