If you’re already doing more than your job title suggests, this is your move. This role is for an electrical engineer who wants responsibility, not someone chasing a fancy title. It’s a step up, not a sideways move.
Adept Resourcing is recruiting for a manufacturing business that needs someone to take ownership of electrical design and grow with the role.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Designing electrical systems (wiring looms, fuse boards, power, lighting)
- Producing and working from electrical schematics
- Supporting prototype builds and fixing real world problems
- Working closely with production to make designs work on the shop floor
You’ll also:
- Support and guide a small electrical prep team
- Be the go-to person for electrical questions
- Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow
This is engineering first. Leadership comes with time.

- Wants their first proper step up
- Is comfortable owning problems and learning as they go
- If people already come to you for answers - you’ll fit.
