Adept Resourcing is recruiting for a manufacturing business that needs someone to take ownership of electrical design and grow with the role.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Designing electrical systems (wiring looms, fuse boards, power, lighting)
  • Producing and working from electrical schematics
  • Supporting prototype builds and fixing real world problems
  • Working closely with production to make designs work on the shop floor

You’ll also:

  • Support and guide a small electrical prep team
  • Be the go-to person for electrical questions
  • Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow

This is engineering first. Leadership comes with time.

Who This Is For

You don’t need "Electrical Design Engineer" on your CV already. This suits someone who:

  • Works as an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, CAD Designer (Electrical), Controls Engineer, or similar
  • Is already involved in design, schematics, or system layout
  • Has experience in manufacturing, vehicles, machinery, or industrial environments

  • Is comfortable owning problems and learning as they go
