Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up sales leads, with a target of 25+ outbound calls per day
  • Handle phone and email queries from trade and domestic customers
  • Coordinate survey bookings, installations, and follow-up appointments
  • Support branch operations by maintaining showroom presentation and stock awareness
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes; price and process orders
  • Build strong internal relationships with surveyors, branch managers, and finance teams
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and customer account management
  • Maintain CRM records and assist with identifying new business opportunities
