The Role:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key contacts within housing associations, local authorities, and their contractor networks.
  • Drive new business by converting leads into sales using a structured, proactive approach.
  • Present and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to maximise business opportunities.
  • Identify, assess, and validate sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's offerings.
  • Represent the company on relevant procurement frameworks and portals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Provide on-site support and technical expertise to customers as required.
