Role: IT Account Manager\\n Salary: £28,000 – £35,000\\n Location: Sheffield\\n Contract: Full time, Permanent\\n\\nWe are seeking a proactive and client-focused IT Account Manager to join our growing MSP team. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customised IT solutions.\\n\\nResponsibilities: \\n\\nBuild and nurture strong client relationships\\nUnderstand client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions\\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling\\nCollaborate with technical teams for seamless service delivery\\nEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) are met\\nProvide regular performance reports and recommendations\\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations\\nLead contract renewals and drive client retention\\n Skills:\\n\\nExcellent relationship-building and client management\\nAbility to understand and translate client needs into IT solutions\\nDetail-oriented with excellent organisational skills\\nKnowledge of managed IT services and industry trends\\n Experience:\\n\\nPrevious experience as an Account Manager, IT consultant or similar role within an MSP or technical environment.\\nExperience in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services\\nHands-on experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions\\nSolid experience using CRM systems and other account management toolsAt Adept Resourcing – Commercial & Engineering, we specialise in connecting companies with top talent that drives innovation, growth and success.
