If you have an eye for detail and a hands-on approach, this is your opportunity to shine. What You’ll Do: Remove defects from castings with finesse. Use hand tools like grinders, burrs, and abrasive belts to shape and refine components. Dress castings to precise drawing tolerances and profiles. Prepare castings for welding based on NDT and CMM investigations. Conduct weld mapping and ensure quality at every step. Handle measurement tools like verniers, calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. Take on essential tasks like de-burring, fettling, grinding, and ceramic mould removal.
