We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day‑to‑day landscaping operations. The role is based at the Outram/Chin Swee office and requires regular travel to project sites across Singapore. You will assist in coordinating site activities, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and smooth execution of maintenance and project tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily landscape maintenance and project activities across assigned sites.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure plant health, cleanliness, and landscaping standards.
- Assist in manpower deployment and ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Support supervisors in managing crew attendance, performance, and work allocation.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and report incidents.
- Prepare inspection reports, operational logs, and monthly summaries.
- Maintain records for inventory, equipment servicing, and operational documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Facilities Management, or related fields preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in landscaping or facilities operations (fresh graduates welcome).
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticultural practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor site work.
- Able to travel islandwide to project locations.
