Chetwynd House Care Home are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant Nights to join our team based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. You will join us on a Full Time or Part Time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £13.50 Hour
Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.
You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care.
Our Senior Care Assistants are an important part in our resident’s day to day lives. We ask that you are seen as an extension to our resident’s family by treating them with the same kindness and compassion that you would treat your own loved-ones. You will ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by the team in supporting/assisting resident’s with all aspects of their daily living. With Adept’s help, you will offer emotional & physical support to our residents while providing attention when needed, ensuring residents dignity, independence and happiness remain the cornerstone of our care.
You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.
