Adept Care Homes is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Pay & Hours
- £13.91 per hour
- 22-44 hours per week (overtime available)
- Day shifts: 07:00-19:00 (alternate weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding care in line with residents’ care plans
- Supervise and support care staff, promoting excellence and teamwork
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold dignity, and ensure a safe environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous senior care experience (care home experience preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
- Confident in leading a team and administering medication
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
