Harrier House Care Home is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Hucknall. Part of the family‑run Adept Care Homes group, Harrier House is a modern, purpose‑built 84‑bed care home providing high‑quality residential and dementia care. We are passionate about helping our residents live happy and fulfilling lives, supported by a caring and dedicated team.
As Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Chef Manager and kitchen team to prepare and serve nutritious, varied and well‑balanced meals for our residents. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while delivering an excellent dining experience. We need a candidate who is passionate about cooking and wants to make a positive difference every day.

What we are looking for
- Previous sous chef / head chef experience (essential)
- Care Home experience (Desirable)
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
