- Experience leading a team in a care home (essential)

Role Overview:
You will oversee daily routines, manage care plans and assessments, run the keyworker system, and ensure accurate documentation and medication handling is in line with best practices. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, take part in care shifts when needed, and support team development through mentoring and supervision.
