Chetwynd House Care Home is currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As part of Adept Care Homes, a family‑run provider of residential and residential dementia care across the Midlands, Chetwynd House is a luxury 75‑bed care home offering high‑quality care in a warm and supportive environment. About the Care Manager role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of our residential and dementia care home, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the care team, promote a positive and person‑centred culture, and help oversee areas including care planning, compliance, and staff development.
- Salary of £47,330
- 40 Hours a week
- Alternate weekend work required
- Potential of up to 10% bonus

What we are looking for:
- Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
- NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
- Own car required and business miles paid
