Join Adept Care Homes, a family‑run group providing high‑quality residential and dementia care across the Midlands. We’re looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75‑bed care home.

Pay & Hours:

  • £12.36 per hour
  • 22–44 hours per week (overtime available)
  • Day shifts: 07:00–19:00 (alternate weekends)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver person‑centred care with dignity and respect
  • Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
  • Build strong relationships as a key worker for residents
  • Accurately record care notes and report any changes in condition
  • Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards
  • Encourage participation in leisure and social activities
  • Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times
