Harrier House Care Home is our stunning, newly built 84-bed home in Hucknall, designed to deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality residential and dementia care to residents in line with Adept Care Homes standards.
  • Support residents with daily living activities during twilight shifts (16:00 – 21:00).
  • Assist with mobility, personal care, nutrition, hydration, and comfort as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.
