Role
Housekeeper at Bowood Court, a 59-bed residential care home in Redditch. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, and laundry care, with attention to detail in tasks such as vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, polishing, deep cleans, and ensuring a consistent supply of clean linen, towels, and residents’ personal clothing. You will also engage positively with residents and uphold Adept family values of kindness, ownership, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and infection prevention standards across the home.
- Perform laundry duties and ensure a steady supply of clean linen, towels, and residents’ personal clothing.
- Vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, polishing, deep cleans as required.
- Interact positively with residents and support a friendly, caring environment.
