The Old Vicarage Care Home are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,735 Annum. Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team. You will be joining the team at The Old Vicarage, a charming 44 bed quality residential home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield offering affordable and high-quality care.

About the Deputy Manager role: We are recruiting a Deputy Manager who will be committed, warm and friendly and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service to our residents. You will supervise all care aspects within the home and report to the Home Manager.

Compensation and Working Hours:

  • Salary up to £38,735 Annum
  • Bonus Scheme of 10% pa
  • Full time hours working alternate weekends

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
  • NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
  • Own car required and business miles paid
