Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family‑run, Midlands‑based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.

You will be joining the team at Harrier House, a beautiful newly built 84 bed care home in Hucknall, offering luxury and high‑quality care.

As a Care Team Leader, you will assist the Care Home Management Team while leading and supervising the care team to ensure personalized, high‑quality care for residents. You will conduct various audits, maintain accurate records, oversee the key‑worker system and provide flexible support by completing care shifts as needed. Your role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing medication, performing regular quality checks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will foster a welcoming environment for residents, relatives and staff while maintaining confidentiality, participating in team meetings and championing Adept’s vision of creating a superb place to live and work.

We are recruiting a Care Team Leader

  • Salary of £17.00ph
  • Full‑time hours including alternate weekends
  • 37.5hrs per week
  • 5 shifts a week

What we are looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
  • Extensive experience in Dementia Support & Care
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
