About the Care Assistant role:
- Pay: £12.36 per hour
- Shifts: Day Shifts – 07:00 – 19:00
- Hours per week: 44 hours
- Days per week: 4 days
- Alternate weekend work required
Our Care Assistants are an important part of our resident’s day‑to‑day lives. We offer emotional and physical support, assist with meal times, personal care, leisure activities, and more. We ask that you are seen as an extension to our residential family, treating them with kindness and compassion.
You will receive a thorough induction from experienced mentors, online and face‑to‑face training during your career at Adept Care. Our Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support additional training as needed.
