As part of Adept Care Homes, a family‑run, Midlands‑based group providing high‑quality residential and dementia care, you will join our friendly team at Bowood Court, a welcoming 59‑bed home in Enfield, Redditch.
Our Acting Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in residents\’ daily lives, offering the same kindness and compassion you would give your own loved ones. You will support residents with all aspects of daily living, providing both emotional and practical care while promoting dignity, independence, and happiness.
About the Acting Senior Care Assistant Role
- Pay £12.88 per hour
- 33–44 hours per week
- 3–4 shifts a week
- Day shifts 07:00–19:00
- Alternate weekend working required

What we are looking for
- NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
- Previous care experience (essential)
- Previous senior care experience (desirable)
