We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with recruitment experience to join us at Adeo Personnel Recruitment Ltd. carrying out permanent recruitment in the Health and Social Care Industry. The Recruitment Resourcer will screen, recruit and deliver a growing workforce for clients on a nationwide scale.
A proactive approach, a confident, resilient telephone manner and a minimum of 12 months agency or internal recruiter experience is a must.
Job Role DetailThe role of a Resourcer is to manage the attraction and sourcing of candidates who are suitable for the jobs that require filling. This role will include:
- Posting adverts onto our various recruitment platforms.
- Managing a candidate pipeline and completing a candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date, seamlessly handing over to Client’s HR Team for the new starter process.
- Shortlisting all candidate applications from our various recruitment platforms and carrying out full, detailed telephone screening.
- Providing recruitment guidance to other recruiters and, where necessary, providing support in face-to-face interviews (if local).
- Operating within agreed SLAs, ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to.
- Assisting with Recruitment Events around the UK, if agreed in advance.
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System and maintaining a list of client vacancy requests to ensure the vacancies are being filled within client expectations.
- Completing candidate compliance ensuring their onboarding is seamless and efficient, including carrying out DBS Checks, Referencing, ensuring Application Forms are filled in, CVs are up to date (Gaps are Checked), etc.
- Assisting in arranging/booking face-to-face interviews with Client Recruiters/Other Recruiters within Adeo Personnel Recruitment.
- Assisting in reviewing interview notes of interviews carried out by other recruiters.
- Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations.
- Providing first line support for all Candidate enquiries.
- Providing feedback and updates to current and new candidates.
- Sending out the documentation from the Client to the Candidate (this may include offer letters, contracts or training agreements - this would be through the use of online document signing systems).
Essential:
- A minimum of 12 months agency or internal experience is a must along with a passion for recruiting the very best talent.
- Somebody proactive, incredibly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Somebody ready to embrace a sense of change and willing to drive change as we continue to grow.
- Have a genuine drive for success.
- Be confident working in a team environment with high professional standards.
- Be able to converse confidently over the phone and face to face when screening candidates in our office.
- Have excellent attention to detail.

- This role requires someone who enjoys relationship building and developing outstanding searching techniques to find the very best candidates in the marketplace.

£20,000 per annum salary, monthly performance-related bonuses, annual pay reviews, 35 hours working week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 28 days holiday, company pension scheme, continuous training and development, office space provided, company events & social hours.
