Operating throughout the UK, we have a multi-disciplined in-house team of Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners, Project Managers, Risk Specialists and Claim Consultants giving you access to specialist skills and expertise. With options for a fully managed service provision or a single discipline, we deliver a tailored resource solution to meet your project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking management of allocated Control Accounts with site team, which include value draw and out-turn forecast/spend profiling.
- Assisting in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise).
- Overseeing Management of Subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction related studies.
