We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy to facilitate the growth of our business. In the first instance you will be assigned to a project we have covering the Chelmsford area or work from the office/home assisting in various projects from our HQ. The projects will be in the Highways/Water space and likely with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Flexible working will be possible, but this will change from project to project subject to the clients' wishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Civils sector experience preferable
  • Desire to work in a hybrid role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • NEC experience
  • Consultancy experience desired but certainly not essential
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes would be a great asset
  • Presentable and articulate
  • Excellent organiser with proven time management skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Work winning attitude
