Responsibilities

  • Keeping cost records and agreement of costs
  • Undertaking management of allocated Control Accounts with site team, which include value draw and out-turn forecast/ spend profiling
  • Assisting in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise)
  • Overseeing Management of Subcontractors
  • Being responsible for the procurement of packages as the work proceeds

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction related studies.
  • Previous civil sector experience is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
