Control of sub contract accounts including: Measuring of sub-contractors work Checking sub contractor’s submissions Processing Sub contractors final accounts Preparation of final accounts. Preparation of cost and value reconciliation. General contract administration. Liaise with the line manager and/or MQS on claims issues. Able to effectively manage an assistant QS if required. You will have a minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor from the start as an Assistant QS career, before you can be considered for a standalone QS position. You will have demonstrated that you can manage all aspects of commercial tasks required, without assistance, to high standards. Degree qualification in a relevant field.
