Operating throughout the UK, we have a multi-disciplined in-house team of Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners, Project Managers, Risk Specialists and Claim Consultants giving you access to specialist skills and expertise. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows
- Control of sub contract accounts
- Preparation of final accounts
- Preparation of cost and value reconciliations
- Attend site meetings
- General contract administration
- Preparation of material schedules
- Preparation of monthly valuations
- Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that
- Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner
- Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities
Requirements:
- NEC Experience
- Procurement Knowledge
- Subcontractor Management
- Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects
- Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project
- Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
