Control of sub contract accounts including : Measuring of sub-contractors work Checking sub contractor’s submissions Preparation of final accounts Preparation of cost and value reconciliations General contract administration Liaise with MQS on claims issues To manage a small team of QS’s. Have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor before you can be considered for a Senior QS position. Demonstrated that you are able to manage medium sized projects independently (1 – 5 million). Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects. Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project.
