Role Description
The Lettings Assistant role is a part-time, on-site position based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role supports the day-to-day management of residential properties, including coordinating viewings, handling tenant enquiries, and assisting with the application and referencing process. The Lettings Assistant helps prepare marketing materials for available properties, updates listings, and maintains accurate records in property management systems. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
