No two days are the same! You'll work alongside experienced groundworkers on exciting projects across Bedfordshire, Luton, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, helping to prepare sites and build infrastructure that communities rely on. You'll learn how to:
- Prepare construction sites for new developments
- Install drainage systems and ducting
- Lay paths, kerbs and paving
- Work with concrete and foundations
- Use professional tools and equipment safely
- Support machinery and plant operations
- Follow construction drawings and plans
