You’ll be joining the Resourcing, People & Organisational Culture (RPO) team — a close-knit group whose purpose is to attract, develop, motivate, and retain the talented people who make Adelphi Real World what it is. Your focus will be on supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily across junior and graduate-level roles, working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team.

This isn’t a sales role. There’s no cold calling, no targets, no agency pressure. It’s about doing recruitment properly — thoughtfully, people-first, and with real attention to candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process — from briefing through to offer and onboarding coordination
  • Sourcing candidates proactively via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conducting pre-screening calls and telephone interviews
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews — both Teams and face-to-face
  • Providing timely, professional feedback to candidates at every stage
  • Building strong relationships with internal hiring managers across the business
  • Managing multiple live roles simultaneously, keeping everyone informed
  • Screening candidates for right-to-work and visa requirements
  • Supporting ad hoc people and culture initiatives within the RPO team

What you’ll need:

  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a people-facing role — in-house, agency, or otherwise
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication — you’re comfortable talking to people at all levels
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach — you take initiative rather than waiting to be told
  • Comfort using job boards and LinkedIn as sourcing tools
  • A genuine interest in people, culture, and doing recruitment the right way
