The Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team are global leaders in the development and use of Patient-Reported Outcome questionnaires that are used in clinical trials or clinical practice to evaluate the patient experience and benefit of treatments. What we do: Our purpose is to improve patients’ lives by informing healthcare decisions. We do this by supporting clients in Patient-Reported Outcomes research that can inform clinical-trial decision-making.

What we are looking for: A highly motivated entry-level Operations Associate with a passion for providing operational and project coordination and support to enable effective and efficient delivery. You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in project management, business studies, business management, business administration, logistics, or a similar field; and/or relevant experience in an operational or project coordination/management role. You should have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and good numeracy and literacy, with excellent Microsoft Office skills. You should have a drive to develop your project coordination and management capabilities in a supportive environment. Experience in the use of project management tools/software (e.g., Adobe Workfront, HIVE, Microsoft Project) is desirable. Experience with, or awareness of project co-ordination or management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is desirable. You must have eligibility to work in the UK.

Your activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Project planning, co-ordination and monitoring – attending project meetings, tracking actions and decisions, monitoring project progress, team resourcing and delivery against plans, and setting up and maintaining project plans, working closely with project teams
  • Project portfolio reporting – generating regular status update across the project portfolio
  • Financial support – supporting the project teams on financial aspects of the project, working closely with Project Leaders and Project Administrators.
  • Project management Systems management – supporting project teams in data entry and utilisation of project management systems

As part of our international team you will work closely with colleagues based in the UK and/or US.
