Business area: Health Economics and Data Analytics
Purpose of the role: Leading assigned projects and undertaking research and analysis to inform deliverables to optimise pricing, reimbursement and market access within the Health Economics and Data Analytics practice.
Responsibilities:
- Produce highâquality deliverables and ensure complete review before submission to the senior team.
- When acting as Project Lead, ensure the deliverable meets client needs, act as the primary client contact, manage internal and external project timelines, invoicing, resource planning and budget management.
- Document scope changes, obtain necessary approvals and communicate changes to the client.
- Manage the project team: brief members, monitor work, and maintain timelines.
- Monitor resource usage and highlight deviations to the business operations and planning team; propose solutions when challenges arise.
- Ensure the project delivery team does not work overtime without approval and identify training needs.
- After the final PL review, confirm the deliverable is formatted correctly, aligns with client expectations, includes proper strategic insights, and addresses all client comments.
- Adhere to all internal and external policies, procedures and working standards, providing guidance to lessâexperienced members.
- Contribute to proposal development, generate new business opportunities with existing clients to meet budget targets.
- Deliver structured training sessions for junior team members and provide ongoing guidance and development.
- Identify and share innovative ideas to differentiate client services and lead strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
