Role
The role: Research Manager responsible for designing and delivering client solutions, leading key initiatives, and advancing research methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research projects across quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Design research proposals and contribute to new business pitches.
- Develop and present insights to clients, both virtually and in person.
- Mentor team members, provide coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate with local market partners and ensure quality delivery.
- Support account management strategy and client planning.
- Take part in people management and development of junior staff.
Qualifications
Core competencies:
- Experience in all phases of market research: design, project management, data analysis, and presentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead multi‐country assignments with minimal supervision.
- Experience contributing to proposals.
