Research Manager (RM)
Company: Adelphi Research, part of Adelphi Group (an Omnicom Healthcare Company)
Job Location: Based in our HQ office in Bollington, Cheshire, UK, with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel required.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver creative research solutions for clients with a focus on quality, methodology, and impact.
Lead and manage day‑to‑day project delivery, ensuring clear direction and effective guidance for the team and local market partners.
Develop and mentor team members, including direct reports and colleagues on cross‑functional project teams.
Lead multi‑country research assignments with minimal supervision, presenting findings to clients both virtually and in person.
Contribute to proposal development and participate in pitching new business where possible.
