We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Value Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to generate, synthesise, and communicate evidence that supports healthcare decision making, market access, reimbursement, and product value demonstration.
The Senior Value Analyst will contribute to a range of strategic and evidence-generation projects, including value proposition development, literature reviews, value dossiers, expert elicitation studies, evidence gap assessments, and market access communications. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and scientific skills with excellent written communication and project management capabilities. As a key member of project teams, the Senior Analyst will take ownership of defined workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client solutions.
Your key activities will include (but not be limited to):
- Evidence Generation and Synthesis
- Lead and deliver targeted, structured, and systematic literature reviews.
- Conduct evidence searches, screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis.
- Analyse and summarise clinical, economic, humanistic, and epidemiological evidence.
- Support evidence gap analyses and strategic evidence planning activities.
- Develop comprehensive evidence summaries and literature-based insights to inform client strategy.
- Value Propositions and Value Communication
- Support the development and refinement of product value propositions.
- Translate complex evidence into clear, compelling messages for payer, clinician, and other stakeholder audiences.
- Assist in creating value narratives, value communication materials, and evidence-based messaging frameworks.
- Contribute to stakeholder insight gathering and message testing activities.
- HTA and Dossier Development
- Contribute to global and local value dossier development.
- Support HTA submissions and reimbursement evidence packages.
- Summarise and integrate clinical, economic, and patient-centred evidence into structured evidence documents.
- Ensure deliverables meet client, regulatory, and HTA requirements.
- Expert Elicitation And Primary Research
- Support the design, conduct, and analysis of expert elicitation studies.
- Prepare interview guides, questionnaires, and elicitation materials.
- Coordinate engagement with clinical experts and other stakeholders.
- Analyse elicited data and develop reports that translate expert insights into decision-making evidence.
- Contribute to Delphi panels, structured expert elicitation, preference elicitation, and related methodologies.
- Project Delivery and Client Support
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Develop draft reports, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including health economists, evidence synthesis specialists, statisticians, and value communication experts.
- Support proposal development and business development activities where appropriate.
About You
Essential skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as life sciences, health economics or public health.
- Experience working within a HEOR, market access, outcomes research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consultancy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project timelines.
- Experience developing client deliverables, reports, and presentations.
Desirable Skills
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
- Experience supporting HTA submissions or value dossier development.
