Job Location: HQ office in Bollington, Cheshire, UK.

The Role

In this role you will build a strong foundation in market‑research techniques and gain a sound understanding of how research supports business decisions.

You will support the project team at all stages of the research project, working across a variety of therapy areas and methodologies that cover the entire pharmaceutical product lifecycle from early development through launch and lifecycle management.

There is also opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives, allowing you to focus on key areas of interest, influence the company’s strategic direction and further your own professional development.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be confident taking an active role in supporting the implementation of the research projects they work on.

As the primary liaison with our in‑market partners, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills to work with agencies that recruit and interview in local markets worldwide.

Curiosity should drive you to learn about relevant topics across therapy areas and to discover new ways of generating market insight.

Role Requirements

You will work under the guidance of a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager and will:

  • Lead day‑to‑day management of standard qualitative or quantitative studies, or work as part of a larger team on complex, multi‐phase research assignments.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients and suppliers, and be responsible for:
  • Project coordination and support.
  • Contributing to project design and producing the analytical framework.
  • Preparing materials for supplier briefings and running straightforward briefings with limited support.
  • Independently managing agencies, arranging CL dates, sending materials and ensuring moderators are trained.
  • Implementation and delivery involvement.
  • Conducting depth or semi‑quantitative interviews with support and guidance.
  • Attending central‑location interviews with clients independently.
  • Populating draft presentations with the senior team members and adding key take‑away messages to slides.
  • Producing findings in the agreed structure and format, responding to detailed questions about their implications.
  • Supporting company‑wide initiatives and non‑project work.
  • Providing advice and guidance to junior or newer team members.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Candidates must be degree‑level educated.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Western European, Eastern European or Russian language skills would be a distinct advantage.
