Why FleishmanHillard?
We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home 5 Lions at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in previous years.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. Do let us know if you need any adjustments made during the interview process.
The team
Our New Business and Marketing team sits at the heart of the agency, both globally and in the UK, playing a central role in shaping how the agency grows and shows up in the market. It brings together marketing, new business and strategic storytelling to create visibility, open doors with priority prospects, and help convert opportunities into long‑term client relationships. From thought leadership and events to pipeline development and major pitch opportunities, the team works across the full growth journey.
Overview
This position is a high‑profile role at the centre of our UK growth strategy, working closely with the Head of New Business & Marketing and senior leaders across the business. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, business development and strategic storytelling, you’ll drive the UK marketing programme, building and managing the new business pipeline, and supporting high‑value pitch opportunities. With exposure across multiple sectors, disciplines and major pitch moments, the role offers real variety, visibility and influence. It’s ideal for someone who loves combining strategic thinking with action, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the agency.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Marketing
- Own and execute the UK marketing programme
- Work with teams to develop content including thought leadership platforms for social, email and targeted paid media, events and strategic partnerships
- Work with practice, strategy, creative and digital teams to build and bring agency propositions and IP to market
- Identify new routes to market and create engagement strategies that build relationships before the brief lands
- Contribute to our awards strategy
Pipeline Development
- Build, manage and continuously refine strategic target prospect lists aligned to UK growth priorities
- Own pipeline hygiene, reporting and CRM discipline
- Monitor market trends, competitor movement and sector opportunities
