Job Description:

Summary: The Head of Digital PR is a pivotal role responsible for driving service integration and growth, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of innovation within the Digital PR team. This role will ensure the effective delivery of Digital PR work that drives performance results, cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance Digital PR opportunities in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & growthLeading, motivating and engaging the Digital PR team to ensureeffective andhigh qualityexecution.
  • Ensuring a performance-centric client-focus approach to servicing across the team.
  • Forging strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally, including leadership, clients, account teams, and other agencies.
  • Taking ownership of overall Digital PR revenuewith the goal ofretainingand growing clients.
  • Regularly workingon pitches and proposals, supporting opportunities asrequired, and overseeing scopes and pricingacross the team.
  • Championing the Digital PR department internally and externally,participatingin thought-leadership and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitoring industry trends and technological innovations to ensure our Digital PR and Organic Social proposition continues toinnovate andevolve as a superior product.

Strategy and measurementWork with the team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive PR and organice social strategies and execution that drive measurable results
Ensuring our approach to Digital PR and organic social strategy is data-informed, pulling together the right insights to tell a clear story.
Working closely with other teams to create measurement dashboards that demonstrate Digital PR’s performance impact.

Digital PR deliverySupporting larger key and often more complex Digital PR accounts as senior sponsor on a regular basis.
Having a holistic view of all accounts and supporting as and where needed, on a troubleshooting basis.
Establishing effectiveprocesses, quality standards, and guidelines across the team, includingthe usage of AI day-to-day.

Team developmentDirect line manager forGroup Account Directors and Account Director, and responsible for all team memberswithin Digital PR.
Responsiblefor leading overall people development in the team– driving training,developmentand overall standards.

Team operationsEnsuring effective capacity and resource planning across the team,making recommendations for recruitment as and whererequired.
Overseeing our supplier base and ensuring effective partnerships, driving efficiencies.
Analysing utilisation data to help driveprofit margins and efficienciesacross the team.
