Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Management Consulting Function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite - either at client site (as required) or in your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in‑person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques
- Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps
- Assist with the development of and prioritisation of product user story / requirements and maintain the overall product backlog
- Support the facilitation of workshops using different techniques
- Design and document processes
- Support the design of operating models
- Support the implementation of business change
