What we do: Our purpose is to improve patients' lives by informing healthcare decisions. We do this by supporting clients in Patient-Reported Outcomes research that can inform clinical-trial decision-making.

What we are looking for: A highly motivated entry-level Operations Associate with a passion for providing operational and project coordination and support to enable effective and efficient delivery. You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in project management, business studies, business management, business administration, logistics, or a similar field; and/or relevant experience in an operational or project coordination/management role. You should have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and good numeracy and literacy, with excellent Microsoft Office skills. You should have a drive to develop your project coordination and management capabilities in a supportive environment. Experience in the use of project management tools/software (e.g., Adobe Workfront, HIVE, Microsoft Project) is desirable. Experience with, or awareness of project co-ordination or management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is desirable. You must have eligibility to work in the UK.

Your Activities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To):

  • Project planning, co-ordination and monitoring - attending project meetings, tracking actions and decisions, monitoring project progress, team resourcing and delivery against plans, and setting up and maintaining project plans, working closely with project teams.
  • Project portfolio reporting - generating regular status update across the project portfolio.
  • Financial support - supporting the project teams on financial aspects of the project, working closely with Project Leaders and Project Administrators.
  • Project management Systems management - supporting project teams in data entry and utilisation of project management systems.

As part of our international team you will work closely with colleagues based in the UK and/or US.

It is a hybrid role of office and home-based working with 3 days per week minimum expected in the office. Therefore, it is required that you are within a manageable frequent commuting distance of Bollington.
