Residential Support Worker – Croydon Area Needed Now!

We are recruiting compassionate Residential Support Workers for children’s residential homes supporting young people aged (11-18)years

Roles available

  • 47.5 hours per week — £31,454.80 per annum, 4 days on 3 days off
  • 42.5 hours per week — £29,051.80 per annum, 5days on 2 days off

You will provide a safe, nurturing environment and support young people with their day-to-day lives, independence, and wellbeing.

Flexibility for day, evening, weekend and waking-night shifts is essential.

Please note: Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship is not available. All other checks will form part of the internal compliance process.
