We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer in the building/construction world. This is a field-based role covering the North of England, where you will take the lead in developing new sales, developing current accounts and representing a trusted, premium brand known for innovation, quality, and performance.

What you will be doing:
  • Growing sales across the North of England through proactive account management and new business development
  • Building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, distributors, and plant hire companies
  • Promoting a technical, high-quality product range that genuinely makes a difference on site
  • Delivering demos and product presentations to help customers see the value for themselves
  • Keeping close to your market, feeding back insights on trends, competitors and opportunities
  • Working closely with the wider team in marketing, service and product development
What you can bring:
  • You will be someone who is confident managing your own patch, enjoys meeting people face-to-face, and knows how to spot an opportunity.
  • You may well have experience in field sales, technical sales, or regional account management with a focus on new business
  • A background in construction equipment, hydraulics, plant hire, building or similar technical industries.
  • The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers and distributors
  • A full UK driving licence and a flexible attitude to travel
